5 Days Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha & Amboseli, Mombasa SGR Train

You will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel/residence/airport, drive down through land of scenic beauty, via Narok town to Maasai Mara National Reserve.
Enjoy your lunch at the lodge/camp.
Depart for an afternoon tour drive in search of the “Big 5” and other residences of the reserve. Masai Mara is one of Africa’s Greatest Wildlife Sanctuaries, combined with Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park it forms possibly the world’s top safari big game viewing eco-system. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp.

After breakfast, with a picnic lunchbox, we will depart for a full day of wildlife viewing further and deeper within Maasai Mara. Try to spot a variety of animals as far as the Mara River – hippo, crocodiles, zebra, reedbuck, vultures, leopard, and many more among others. Picnic lunch at a picnic place by the river banks.

The abundance of water and excellent availability of pasture, are the reasons Maasai Mara has the greatest population of wild animals. There is a particularly dramatic spectacle between July to October, wherein you can experience the annual migration of wildebeest and Zebras. This migration also attracts predators such as lions, jackals, hyenas, leopards and wild dogs to closely follow these herds.
An optional Masai cultural village visit can be organized at an (extra fee of 15 USD p/p payable to the chief)

Depart after breakfast from Masai Mara, and drive through the floor of the Rift Valley to Lake Naivasha. You will be there in time for lunch.
The afternoon tour includes a combination of a boat ride a nature walk at Crescent Island. This will be an excellent way to see wild animals while on foot as we try to get closer enough to them. The Island is a private game sanctuary, which is home to zebra, wildebeest, gazelle, Vervet monkeys, hare, genet cat, waterbuck, and giraffe. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp

Early breakfast, and then depart by road, to Amboseli National Park. You will ascend up the Great Rift Valley escarpment and the outskirts of Nairobi to Emali town before you reach Amboseli in time for lunch.
Embark on an afternoon tour drive in search of animals in the park. Amboseli National Park is famous for its breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro, on a clear sky day, the snow-capped summit can clearly be seen. The park is also home to elephant populations and other big game, it shelters more than 420 species of birds, attracted to the area by underground springs that flow from the melting snows of Mount Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp of choice.

Early breakfast, before clouds buildup over the summit, take a breathtaking view of Mount Kilimanjaro before breakfast. Amboseli is an excellent place to view a multitude of wildlife, including, wildebeest, giraffe, baboon, hyena, hippo, lion.
With a lunch box, depart after breakfast, to Emali-town (SGR Train-Station) for your Mombasa bound train arriving in the afternoon. You will be met for your transfer to your coastal Mombasa hotel
