Day 1 - Tsavo East - 2 hrs drive
You will be picked up from your coastal hotel in the morning and begin your safari starting
with Tsavo East national park best known for its large numbers of red elephants and the famous historical man eating lions. You will enter into the park through the Buchuma gate and embark on game drive viewing. You may also visit Aruba Dam and the Kanderi Swamp area where high concentration of animals like lions, elephants, buffalo, cheetah, antelopes, zebra, giraffe among many others may be seen. Lunch at the Lodge / Camp of choice.
After lunch and rest within the lodge /camp, you will go for another session of game drive viewing within the Tsavo East national park till late. Dinner and overnight at theÂ Lodge / Camp
Day 2 - Tsavo West - 1 and half hrs drive
Pre-breakfast game viewing drive then return to your lodge for full breakfast. You will then leave the park for Tsavo West national park with game viewing drive en route arriving at the Lodge / Camp in time for lunch. Check in, enjoy lunch and relax within the Lodge / Camp. An afternoon game drive within the the Tsavo West National Park, or you may choose to visit the rhino sanctuary whereby if you are lucky you might see the black rhino. Other animals likely to be seen here are; zebra, giraffe, buffalo, leopard, impala, lion, monkey etc. Return the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3 Tsavo West / Amboseli - 4 hrs drive
Early breakfast then depart to Amboseli driving through the Tsavo West through the beautiful landscape of Tsavo West before we arrive at the Mzima Springs where you will stretch up our leggs by walking around this attraction. Mzima Springs is the crystal clear source of the Tsavo River and the water that's supplied to Mombasa City. It is also a home to hippos, Crocodiles and fishes which you will see through an under water glass cabin. There are also monkeys, antelopes and different bird species in the forest within. You will then depart for Amboseli passing though the famous Shetani Lava, swahili meaning the devils lava. This is believed to have erupted a couple of hundred years back. Passing through rural Kenya villages so that you get a glimpse of the real Africa Kenya Safari, you will arrive at Amboseli in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive viewing within the Amboseli National Park. Amboseli lies at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest in Africa. Elephants, Lion, Cheetah, Warthog etc can be seen. Dinner and overnight at Lodge / Camp.
Day 4 - Amboseli (Full day safari in the park)
After an early breakfast depart for game drive with a picnic lunch for a full day safari tour as if to re-discover this park and what's in it. Lunch and an afternoon rest on top of the observation hill which is inside the park. Afternoon game drive within the park till late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge / Camp.
Day 5 - Amboseli / Mombasa - 7 hrs drive
After an early brea kfast. Check out and re-visit the park once more looking for animals en-route as you drive back to Mombasa with a stop-over lunch arriving late in the afternoon.You will be dropped at your respective hotel.
